Protein Mocha Recipe

This recipe gives you the cognitive benefits of caffeine, a release of energy from easy to digest fat, and a good dose of muscle repairing protein. 

The chocolate protein and the cacao butter combine to produce a rich, silky, chocolatey taste. Truly delicious 

Ingredients:

  • 250ml brewed coffee
  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp of raw cacao butter
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz for 10 seconds. Drink straight away
