Chocolate Cappuccinoats

If you're looking for another way for getting even more coffee into your veins, then why not try this recipe as your next pre workout meal!

Created by top Cannonballer Barb_ell, this one ticks all the boxes: coffee, chocolate, and protein powder. Vanilla casein works well in this recipe. Give it a go this week!

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g oats
  • 15g vanilla casein
  • Double shot of coffee
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Hazelnut @myprotein flav drops
  • 1 egg
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 30g fat free greek yoghurt
  • Extra 150g greek yoghurt for topping

METHOD

1: Blend all of the ingredients together till smooth. If a little thick then add a splash of almond milk.

2: Put the mix in the fridge for 15 minutes and pre heat the oven to 180c

3: Add to a cappuccino mug and bake for around 15 minutes. Don't overbake as it will dry out!

4: Allow to sit for 5/10 minutes. Meanwhile whip up the 150g yoghurt with some vanilla flavour drops (optional) and top the oats.

5: Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!
