Created by top Cannonballer Barb_ell, this one ticks all the boxes: coffee, chocolate, and protein powder. Vanilla casein works well in this recipe. Give it a go this week!
INGREDIENTS
- 30g oats
- 15g vanilla casein
- Double shot of coffee
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Hazelnut @myprotein flav drops
- 1 egg
- 15g cocoa powder
- 30g fat free greek yoghurt

Extra 150g greek yoghurt for topping
METHOD
1: Blend all of the ingredients together till smooth. If a little thick then add a splash of almond milk.
2: Put the mix in the fridge for 15 minutes and pre heat the oven to 180c
3: Add to a cappuccino mug and bake for around 15 minutes. Don't overbake as it will dry out!
4: Allow to sit for 5/10 minutes. Meanwhile whip up the 150g yoghurt with some vanilla flavour drops (optional) and top the oats.
5: Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!
