We've raised our game to a new level by ageing our Brazilian Arabica beans in bourbon and rye barrels used by the East London Distillery to age their London Rye Whiskey. The green beans are rested in the casks for 4 weeks where they are charged with intense aromas of whiskey and oak.
They are then roasted in very small batches and the result is an incredibly complex, moreish coffee with sweet caramel and browned butter flavours. You simply have to experience this creation.
